Roll-to-Roll Coating Line
Roll Coating Production Capacity Introduction
The facility adopts domestically advanced roll-to-roll coating equipment. It supports a maximum coating width of 1300mm and maximum roll diameter of 600mm. Equipped with 14 magnetron sputtering targets arranged in six coating chambers, the chambers feature precise gas isolation. Multiple coating layers can be deposited simultaneously, delivering products with high productivity and low production cost.
Coating Principle
Magnetron sputtering works under vacuum filled with argon gas. Glow discharge ionizes argon atoms into argon ions. Driven by electric field and magnetic field lines, argon ions accelerate and bombard the cathode target material. Sputtered target material deposits onto workpiece surfaces. DC sputtering and MF sputtering are mainly applied.
Applicable Film Systems
Compatible with flexible films ranging from 0.05mm to 0.3mm in thickness. Suitable for coating optical films, metal films and high-gloss NCVM films within 350nm thickness. Widely used for film sheets on mobile phone back covers, home appliances and automotive decorative parts.
